Ring Panel Air Filters are 3-Ply Polyester bonded with a fire retardant binder. These Filters are manufactured with an internal 9 gauge wire grid support. Available in both One-Inch (1″) and Two-Inch (2″) Thicknesses.
The One-Inch Ring Panel Filters are designed to replace MERV7 Filters and the Two-Inch Ring Panel Filters are designed to replace MERV8 Filters.
These Ring Panel Air Filters come in either Orange (Wet/Tackified) or Blue (Dry) Tinted on the air exit side with an antimicrobial adhesive to ensure the filtration of finer dust, allergens and particles of dust. These Ring Panel Air Filters achieve a high level of efficiency on a wide range of particle sizes.
They solve the problem of air and dirt passing between the air filter and the supporting frame, with a self-sealing edge. The overlapping media is furled against the frame, acting as a gasket, by the sturdy ring in a snug compression fit. As a result, air is forced to go through the filter media. The friction-fit frames can often eliminate the need for extra mounting hardware. The media is moisture repellant and suitable for use in temperatures up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
